Before you begin, make sure you're using google.com/adsense, then follow these steps below:


A. Sign-out of Google Account.


B. Clear your browser's cache.


C. Turn on cookies and SSL 2.0.

a. I have forgotten my password and/or email ID.

To watch Google ads on a website, activate JavaScript in your browser.


Activate JavaScript in Google Chrome-


1. Open Chrome on the computer.


2. Then click on Settings option.


3. Click on the Security & Privacy policy option.


4. Click on the Site Settings option.


5. Click the JavaScript option.


6. Select the option The site can use JavaScript.



Activate JavaScript in another browser-


Follow the instructions shown in your browser:

• Apple Safari

In some cases AdSense support team members may ask you for screenshots to help resolve the issue you are having with the ad. Follow the steps below to capture the screenshot. Once the screenshot is taken, attach it to your email to send it to the Adsense support team.


For Android-


To take screenshot on Android device:


1. Open the site you want to capture.


2. Press and hold the Power button for a few time. Then tap on Screenshot option. If this method doesn't work, press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons together for a few seconds. Methods may be different on other devices.


3. Your device will take a screenshot and save it.


4. At the top of your screen you will see the screenshot capture option.


For Chrome OS-


To take a screenshot on a Chromebook:


1. Check the site you're having trouble with.


2. Press Ctrl+View Window button. (For keyboards not built for Chrome OS, press Ctrl+F5.)Your screenshot is saved as a PNG file in the 'Downloads' folder.
